1. All installation and custom set-up tutorials are done by REA. Full training of your entire staff is also available.

2. REA gives you a hotline phone number and priority e-mail address to instantly relay any questions you might have.

3. REA supports your product as long as you are using it.

Q: How much does full support for REA Online Learning products cost?
A: Our full range of technical support services is included in the price of the package.

Q: Is there a costly "maintenance plan" or "extended warranty" that's required?
A: No. There are no extra support fees of any kind.

Q: Are there support phone charges or service call charges?
A: No. When you sign up for REA Online Learning, you will receive a technical support phone number that you can use for toll-free service calls or questions. A priority email address is also provided so you can email us with questions at any time.

Q: What if the Internet goes down?
A: If your Internet service is disrupted, call your local service provider to get a status report. REA Online Learning resides on the Internet and cannot be used without Internet access.
