A: No. When you sign up for REA Online Learning, you will receive
a technical support phone number that you can use for toll-free service
calls or questions. A priority email address is also provided so you can
email us with questions at any time.
Q: What if the Internet goes down?
A: If your Internet service is disrupted, call your local service
provider to get a status report. REA Online Learning resides on the Internet
and cannot be used without Internet access.
